Chocolate Fondant Cake

Ingredients: – 200g dark chocolate to bake- 125g of semi-salted butter- 3 eggs- 140g of sugar- 90g of flourPreparation: 1) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.2) Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. 3) Beat the sugar with the eggs then add the mixture of melted chocolate and flour.4) Pour the dough into a previously baked cake pan (personally I use the Dieticook baking sheet that I have had for a very long time and the mold release is perfect!)
