Tiramisú Navideño


  • 4 eggs
  • 125 gr. of sugar
  • 125 gr. of flour
  • 500 gr. from mascarpone
  • 100 gr. of cream of milk
  • 4 tbsp glass sugar
  • Coffee
  • Bitter cocoa powder


  1. Beat the yolks with the sugar, and reserve the egg whites. Then add the whipped whites to snow. Add the flour and mix gently. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
  2. Beat the mascarpone with cream and sugar. Moisten the cake with coffee, then place the cream inside.
  3. Roll the cake and decorate with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
